RT ready plast is fiber reinforced premixed solution used as a
replacement of conventional site mix plaster. it comprises of high quality
natural graded sand mixed with cement and water soluble polymers which
acts as additive. RT ready plast makes plastering easier and
convenient as it only requires mixing of water at site and the mix in ready for
use. RT ready plast can be effectively used on blocks, bricks, stone
walls and concrete surfaces.

The surface should be clean and free from oil, grease, dust and loose particles. The porous and absorbent surface to be moistened before the application of RT ready plast.
Take 7-8 Liters clean water for 40 kg RT ready plast. Mix the content for 4-5 minutes with hand or mechanical mixer to achieve a good consistency. Allow the mix to stand for 3-4 minutes for additives to get dissolve. Re – mix again for 2 minutes, Mix is ready for use.
The mix to be applied on the surface by using trowel, wooden float or by spray machine to ensure optimum bonding of the plaster. It is recommended to use polymeric bonding solution on the ceiling RCC surface before applying plaster for better adhesion and durability. Water curing should be done for 2-3 times a day for 7 days minimum.
RT readyplast is available i n 40kg bag and has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture. It should be stored in cool and dry place free from moisture and water.
