RT block fixo is specially formulated adhesive used for fixing
and bonding of AAC blocks, fly ash bricks, clay bricks, concrete blocks, etc.
Due to its water retention properties and higher adhesive strength, it is used
as a superior substitution to job site made conventional mortar. RT block
fixo ensures higher bond strength and durability at only 3mm
thickness compare to 10-12mm thick conventional sand-cement mix mortar.

The surface where RT Block Fixo needs to be applied should be clean and free from dust, oil, grease and any loose particles. The surface should be moist before applying RT Block Fixo On concrete slab line level should be done by site made sand – cement mix conventional mortar to get the desired level before laying blocks / bricks.
Take 10-12 liters clean water in a clean bucket, add one 40 kg bag of RT Block Fixo . Stirc on tinuously for 5 – 10m inutes by handoran electric mixer to obtain homogeneous lump free mix. Allow the mix to stand for about 5 minutes for additives to get dissolve. Re-mix again for about 2 minutes. The mixture is ready now, use the mix within 60 minutes. For best result use notch trowel of 3 to 4mm to have better bonding.
RT Block Fixo in used on laying and jointing of AAC blocks, fly ash bricks, concrete blocks, etc.
RT Block Fixo contain eco-friendly filler and additives. Being sand and cement based it is alkaline and advisable to avoid direct eye contact. In case of eye contact wash with clean water for 15 minutes and if required seek medical help.
RT Block Fixo available in 40 Kg bag and has a shell life of 6 months from the date of manufacture. It should be stored in cool and dry place free from moisture and water.
